Supporting the Future of Mental Health

Akrivia Health want to improve the lives of individuals with mental illnesses and dementia. With over 440 billion datapoints, they have the largest and richest mental health and dementia dataset to accelerate research for better treatments and care. They needed a website delivered in two phases which helped them to convey their purpose and build on their community aims.

Unless you’ve worked with a company before, deciding to commit to a piece of work, especially design work, is somewhat a leap of faith. The brief

Akrivia required a website which helped them communicate their credibility an essential requirement for the industry they’re operating in and the audience they’re targetting. Not only that, they required a robust solution for their online community, ensuring it’s easy to use both from the community point of view and admin. It would need to house their vast documentation which supports it’s members & services but also make it easy to browse as an end-user.

our solution

We started by gaining an in-depth knowledge of the target audience in the form of Neuro customer journey maps. This allowed us to produce prototype wireframes which focused heavily on the end user and how to make their life easy in their quest for information and sign-up. We combined this with the company goals which resulted in a design which not only resonates and appeals to the target audience but also focuses on helping Akrivia achieve their goals

Since the launch of phase 1 the business has grown rapidly and with phase 2 looking to go live imminently with the community member’s area, we expect to start tracking results in the months following.
