Velospeed, the brain-child of Nick, is a unique ebike retailer. They’re passionate about ebikes and the benefits they bring to a UK audience. But in their market, they’re truly unique. Whilst others are all about shifting the ebikes en-masse, Velospeed focus on a much more bespoke service. Their old website did nothing to convey this, nor did it attract visitors or assist with sales.visit website

Faced with tough competition and a beautiful ‘destination’ showroom they needed a way to encourage more sales and attract more people to visit the showroom. With many happy customers and a clear potential identified online, the brief was to create a website which achieved all of the above.
Our solution was to create a site that visually conveyed the uniqueness of their showroom, their personal and friendly approach and commitment to good customer service. But it also needed to do much more than this. The site needed to focus on driving interested customers to visit them, so we put in place a strong user journey to encourage this. As well as this we wanted people to easily browse the ebikes they offered according to brand or usage, and then place an online order with ease. But a site is nothing if people can’t find it, so we ensured it was fully search engine optimised too.
The number of keywords the website ranks for in Google has risen by 2000%. From 17 to 357 in under 6 months. They’ve also reported more visitors to their showroom in the key trading period compared to the previous year.
